1) get rolling （仕事などに）　さぁ、取り掛かりましょう
"Get rolling" means start to be active. There are a couple other
similar phrases, "Let's get a move on," or "Let's get cracking."

2) lifestyle ライフスタイル
People often talk about "lifestyle" in the U.S. Basically what it
means is the way you choose to live your life.

1980年代の buzzword のひとつです。

3) yummy おいしい、舌触りがいい （子供たちがよく使う言葉）
"Yummy" is a very casual kind of word that means tasty or delicious.
You can also shorten it and just say, "Yum," or you can double it and
say, "yum-yum."

4) big-name 著名な、有名な
big-name company = 著名企業、大企業

5) cater to ～にこたえる
The first meaning of "cater" is to provide food to somebody. There's
catering businesses that will provide food at parties or other kinds
of get-togethers wherever you're holding it. But another meaning of
cater is to provide what's needed or desired. It has a little bit of a
implication that you're doing what other people want because they want
it not because it's what you want to do.

6) glossy 体裁の良い、光沢のある
Something "glossy" has a smooth and gleaming or shiny surface.
Sometimes glossy is used to refer to magazines, because they use that
kind of heavier shiny paper. So sometimes people call them glossies.

7) gross という単語もある
gross グロウス　gloss　グロス　と発音が少し違う
gloss には、glossy という形容詞があるが、gross には、形容詞はない
That's gross. = 気味が悪い

8) But "gross" is also a noun and in that case, it's a measurement. It
means twelve dozen of something.

9) beef up ～を強化する、～を増強する
Takahashi here made sort of a pun. "Beef up" means make something
larger or stronger, but using the word "beef" when talking about
making a menu larger, stronger is kind of a joke, kind of a pun.

10) produce 農産物
"Produce" is a word, when it's used as a noun, it refers to fruits and
vegetables. So that's food that's grown, that isn't grains or grasses,
that kind of thing.

produce プロ【デュー】ス　　（動）産出する
