アメリカの大和田先生からメッセージが・・・
アメリカの大和田先生から、また激励のメッセージが届きました。 Kenshi-san, I've enjoyed reading both your Niigata report and a newsletter from Malaysia. What you did in Niigata,an organizational maintenance job, is TERRIBLY important. No matter how repetitive, without confirming and re-confirming the mission of the program (why-are-we-doing-what-we-do) at the grass-root level, the organization dies very quickly. It's a bit like marriage maintenance. In so many ways, we, married couples, need renewal and reconfirmation of what it is that is at the foundation of being married, a re-confirmation, re-validation. We do this unknowingly at the personal level. But for an organization, we need to set aside explicitly and clearly certain time to engage in re-confirmation.感恩!!大和田先生
