BIllY'S BOOT CAMP came to my house today!!

I bought it in SHOP JAPAN shop.
So, I started challenge of BILLY'S BOOT CAMP from today!!
Because of my usually lack of exercise life, I need to get best body by my effort!

It was too tight for me of beginner in exercise to do.
But, when I finished doing the first day, I can feel comfortable.

I will try this from today to seventh day.
(My mother will challenge from today,too!!)

So, I want you to encourage me!!

やってみて感想は…

「キ…キツイ！！」

（私は、かなりの運動不足のためか、出来（そこ）ないの動きも多々ありでした…。）

でも…とっても、

「楽しい！！」です☆

今日から1週間、母ともにチャレンジ☆

目指せ！体重down!!
