The title of the blog is Nekoze-Yoga.
What is Nekoze?
OK,Japanese people call humpback “Nekoze”. Because the figures of a round shoulders seems like a sitting posture of a cats.
But, actually, all cats have really flexible nice spine!
Enjoy yoga practice with us and get healthy body as agile as cats.
Yoga practice will also relax you and calm your mind.
We had yoga classes on every Sunday morning.
Don’t worry if you are an yoga beginner. Our yoga practice is all level and I modify any difficulty of traditional yoga posture to introduce the benefits for beginners.
The schedules for June and July are below.
Every Sunday Morning from am 10:00 to 11:30 + Teatime(to 12:00)
Class fee: 1,500yen(with complementary herb tea)
1st, 8th, (Kouenji Cyuuou Kaigishitu)
15th, 29th (Asagaya Chiiki Kumin Center)
*There's no class on 22nd,Sorry.I'm going to have a workshop for Kripalu yoga teachers on the day.
All classes will be held in Asagaya Chiiki Kumin Center.
6th, 13th, 20th, 27th,

We practice Kripalu yoga.
Kripalu yoga is called "yoga of consciousness".
