SLOTRACING HAWAII

1st- AJK- 4470 - Mosler- Very smooth and fast here.
2nd- Smokieo- 4400- Mclaren- Awesome car, set fastest lap at 7.67, but suffered a bit due to several track calls during the second heat.
3rd- Redlynr-4330- Mclaren- smooth and fast, little short on top speed here
3rd- J. Shoen- 4330- Mosler- very good car, also needed a bit more speed
4th- Takashi- 4320- Mosler- likely the quietest and smoothest car in the feild, will continue to be a contender
5th- WPSoko1- 4250- Vette- one of my favorite cars, absolutely stuck down and worked the corners flawlessly, a bit more top end would have helped
6th- Dwalker- 4230- Ferrari F40- still works good here, but needs more speed to run at the top
7th- Sportsracer- 4160- Audi 90- car is stuck down and drives well, needs more speed here, literally drives like a magnet car here
7th- Yellowdog- 4160- Vette- also a good car with great cornering. Needs more speed and has a weird vibration sound to it, but runs smooth
8th- Robert L- 4150- Aston Martin- Good car with good speed, a bit touchy here though, maybe too much grip causing it to hop rather than slide in the corners
9th- Wet Coast- 4120- Viper- Good handler, very smooth but needs more speed here
10th- Ask4thecloser- 4100- Mosler- Tail happy in the esses and needed a bit more speed.
11th- Mark- 4090- Supra- Possibly the best Ninco I have ever driven. Very important to nail down the braking points or the NC2 would lock the rears up ripping the car from the slot.
12th- 356 Speedster- 4060- Dude this thing is a rocket! Unfortunately it simply did not like the high-grip conditions and was a handful in the corners requiring a very gentle touch.
13th-Daisyslots- 4020- Ferrari 360- Good car but a handful in the corners wagging the tail hard on exit, had to be gentle on corner exit
14th- Mongo- 3980- Seat Cupra- I dont know what happened with this one, I thought it was fast and smooth but the laptimes just werent there.
15th- DR Vanski- 3850- Porsche 911- I liked this car and wanted it to do better, very smooth and fast
16th- Fangio- 3770- Aston Martin- Nice smooth car, will do better on tight track, had some motor lead/braid issues first heat
17th- Nick49- 3640- Aston Martin- Well this was an interesting one, first the motor was just horrible in testing, but I never heard from Nick about what to do with it. On raceday we ran the motor briefly at 18v on the tire cleaning station and it seemed to smooth out and gain rpm. During the race the first two laps were almost like an old SCX motor "warming up" then about the third lap it "came in". Even once it came in power delivery was unpredictable and touchy, making it hard to drive.
