What is a headline?
A headline is an integral part of any text. It reflects its essence and its length cannot exceed 40 characters. There are the main distinguishing features of the title:

All headings are capitalized.
Headings should not be hyphenated.
All words must be complete, abbreviations are prohibited.
There are long headlines with multiple sentences. In this case, they are separated from each other by a dot.
