　1996年頃に初めて購入した SCOTTY CAMERONのPutterです。VOX Suginamiで\28000ぐらいでした。PING Anser2に次いで2番目のエースパターです．

　構えた感じは、Top Bladeの厚みは普通で，Hoselは丸みを帯びた初期のタイプです．黒いヘッドが引き締まって見えるので集中できます．

　Originalは35inchと長かったので34inchにShaft CutしBalnance調整のためにタングステンパウダーをShaftに入れてます．Gripは、OriginalはTitleistのCordでしたが、現在はWINN WIDE Wrapを装着しています。Top BladeにWhite Dotを作成、FaceにもDotを作成しています．

　最近、使用する機会が減りましたが、一番信頼感のあったPutterです．

　CAMERON New Port Gun Blue

　The Newport model draws its inspiration from the Classic 1, one of the first putters produced by Cameron Golf International in late ﾔ92, and made famous in the ﾔ93 Masterﾕs win. The Newport has a plumbing neck for 1/4 toe hang and optimal toe flow. The radius topline and softened edges create a more natural, less mechanical look, and the use of solid carbon steel and one piece milling produce better sound and feel. Like the Classic Series, the Newport is hand ground, hand shaped, and hand polished.

　-1｡ of loft: Increasing loft from the traditional 3｡ to 4ｼ gets the ball rolling truer and on a straighter line, which Scotty calls ''hole hunting.''
-Neck change: neck at 90* and socket at 19*. Instead of the lie being made in the middle of the neck it is made at the socket.
-Proprietary Micro Step shaft designed by Scotty exclusively for Titleist to maximize sound, feel and flex.
-Triangle shaft band, gold, black and white. The care instructions sticker gets black print for easier reading.
-1st Cameron/Titleist headcover gets Titleist on top, American flag on one side and gold lines bordering Scotty Cameron on the other.
-Pistol paddle wrap grip made by Royal with Cameron on the end cap horizontally and Titleist in three places vertically towards the bottom.
