21世紀・情報経済と情報文化の沃野を拓く！オピニオンリーダー紙 『情報経済新聞』(684号）★2008/10/01発行★1999/10/10創刊★ ■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□□■□■ ～～～～ 編集長 土屋 憲太郎 ～～～～ ●こんにちは。いよいよ10月になりました。本日は元気の出るニ ュースの２番目の日本語記事の下段に、その英訳記事を、初 めて貼付してみました。ご活用いただければ幸いです。 ●今日の元気の出るニュースの１番目は、『日本国内の大人用 紙オムツの市場規模（07年・１千百億円）が、なんと国内の生 理用品の市場規模（同１千億円）を、すでに百億円も上回って いる』というスゴイ記事です。どうぞお楽しみに・・・。 ●また、今日の元気の出るニュースの２番目は『今日から本業 に戻りましょう！リンゴの木を植えましょう！』という応援歌の ようなメッセージを日本語と英語の両方でお届けします。どう ぞお楽しみに・・・。 ●10/10のＥＣ研フォーラムの講演４のテーマは、『成功するイ ンターネットショップの作り方』です。 ●好評が予想されますので、最下段のお申し込み欄に必要な事 項をご記入のうえ、お早目にお申し込みいただければ幸いです。 ------------------------------------------------------ ◆１．生理用品市場より百億円多い国内大人用の紙オムツ市場！ ------------------------------------------------------ ●10/1の日経ＭＪ紙のコラム記事（『早耳遠耳』）によれば・・・。 ------------------------------------------------------ １．ユニ・チャームは高齢者向け商品（例えば大人用の紙オムツ） の需要開拓が国内での拡販のカギを握っていると認識。 ２．国内の大人用紙オムツ市場は、2004年度に同社の主力商品 である生理用品市場を逆転。 ３．2007年度の大人用紙オムツ市場は１千百億円で、2007年度 の生理用品市場の１千億円を百億円も上回っている。 ４．同社・社長の高原豪久氏によれば、「高齢者向け商品を日本 市場以外のアジア諸国・オセアニア地域などに率先して売り 込んでいく方針」だ。 ------------------------------------------------------ ●ちなみに10/1の日経本紙の記事によれば、同社は9/30豪州 の紙オムツ用品大手のＡＰＰＰ社（07年の売上高は約90億円） を買収。アジアや中東に続き、未開拓だったオセアニア地域の 市場を本格的に開拓して行く方針です。 ------------------------------------------------------ ◆２．今日から本業に戻りましょう！リンゴの木を植えましょう！ ------------------------------------------------------ ●9/28の日経『金融資本主義の誤算（４）』（著者は編集委員の 梶原誠さん）の記事によれば・・・。（下段に英訳文も貼付して おきましたので、原典を明記のうえ、ご活用いただければ幸い です） ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ １．80年前の大恐慌も金融の暴走が招いた危機だった。株の信 用取引ブームなどマネーの膨張が株価暴落を機に一気に収 縮。大量の企業倒産を招いて４人に１人が失業。再生に10年 以上を費やした。 ２．スウェーデン、フィンランド、ノルウェーの３か国は1980年代以 降、不動産などのバブル崩壊で次々に金融危機に陥った。バ ブルの要因は今回の米国の金融危機と同じだ。 ３．だが対応は素早かった。スウェーデン政府は危機が表面化し た直後に銀行の国有化を断行。不良資産の分離、経営責任 の追及、合理化と一気に手を打った。企業の生産は３年後に は拡大の軌道に乗った。 ４．対応が遅れたのは日本だ。失われた日本の10年の苦い記憶 は今も生々しい。 ５．（Ａ）金融資本主義を過信した代償を払って再生に進むのか、 （Ｂ）ためらって誤算の種を増やすのか、今度は米国が（己れ の過ちを克服する）歴史を刻む番である。 ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ ●欧州は『明らかな市場の失敗』に断固として政府が介入。日中 韓３か国も、アセアン各国も続くことでしょう。私たち市民も世界 経済の復調と、健全な発展を求めて、静かで深い洞察の声をあ げようではありませんか。 ●9/29米下院が『金融安定化法案』を否決。暗雲がただよい視 界不良の日本経済であり、アジア経済であり、世界経済ですが、 私たちは今日から勇気を持って本業に戻りましょう。 ●欧米にも、「明日世界が終わるとしても、今日私たちはリンゴ の木を植えるだろう」という知恵の言葉があるそうです。 ●ましてや、『政策が大胆なら傷は浅い』今回の金融危機です。 金融危機を恐慌には絶対にしないように、私たち世界の市民 は、静かで深い洞察の声をあげながら、勇気をふり絞って、 今日から、再び本業に戻ろうではありませんか。 ------------------------------------------------------ ◆２．Let's go back to our profession today! Let's plant an apple! ------------------------------------------------------ ●According to the article "Miscalculation of financial capitalism vol.4" written by Makoto Kajiwara, a member of editorial board, Nihon Keizai Shimbun on September 28th; ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ 1. The great depression of 80 years ago was also the crisis that reckless driving of finance invited. The expansion of money such as booms of the margin trading of the stock shrank rapidly for the heavy fall in stock prices. It caused the bankruptcy of a large amount of enterprise, and one person in four people lost his/her job. It took ten years or more to reproduce the enterprise. 2. Sweden, Finland, and Norway fell into the finance crisis by burst of the economic bubble such as the real estate after the 1980's. The factor of the bubble is the same as this financal crisis of the United States. 3. However, the government responded quickly. A Swedish government carried out the bank nationalization resolutely immediately after the crisis came to light. The government dealt quickly such as separation of non-performing asset, pursuit of responsibilities of the management and rationalization. The production of the enterprise went into the orbit of the expansion three years later. 4. Correspondence was delayed in Japan. A bitter memory at lost decade in Japan is still fresh. 5. A) Reproduction after paying compensation that is overconfident in the finance capitalism. B) The number of seeds of the miscalculation is increased because of the hesitation. It is a turn for which the United States carves the history of overcoming mistake by itself. ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ ●The government in Europe intervened "Clear failure of the market" with determined. Japan, China, South Korea, and each country of ASEAN might lead to Europe. We citizens also give the voice of a quiet, deep insight for recovery of the world economy and healthy development. ●The U.S. House of Representatives voted down "Financial stabilisation bill" on September 29th. Though dark clouds drifts and the low visibilities in the economy of Japan, Asia, and the world, let's go back to our profession with courage today. ●In Europe and America, there seems to be a word of wisdom "We will plant an apple today even if the world will end tomorrow". ●This finance crisis is "If the policy is bold, the wound is shallow".
