こんにちは。
この日、仕事へ行く前に、ニュースがメールで入ってきたのは。。。
石油パイプラインの建設で、裁判になってた判決が出て、
勝利となりました！！！！
ひゃっほ～～～～～～～～！！！！！！
カナダに住んでない人じゃないと、わからないニュースだとは思うのですが、、、、
2年前にもこの石油パイプラインの事で、記事を書きました。

私はこれにずっと反対してきており、この2年間、色々な環境保護団体の署名とかにも、沢山してきた。
要は、アルバータ州からBC州へパイプライン建設をして、その石油を、中国に送り出そうという
計画でした。
あほか！
の一言に限る(;´∀｀)
この世の中、RenewableEnergyといって、グリーンエネルギーを増やして、石炭、サンドオイルを減らそうとしているところに、カナダがそれに参加して、どうするんや！！！
サンドオイルは、環境にむっちゃ悪い！！！！
オイルパイプラインがつながると、オイルタンカーが今の40倍にも増えるとかもいわれていて、
海にいる、生物、特に、サーモンや、オルカ（シャチ）の危機があると、訴えてたのにも関わらず、
2年前に、許可が下りたのですが。。。。。
パイプラインの工事にあたって、原住民FirstNationや、沢山の環境団体が、自然、動物たちに影響を
与える、オイルが漏れてからでは遅い、きちんと、アセスメントをしなかったということで、再訴訟。
そして、今回、訴訟に勝ったのです！！！！！
海を守らないとどうするんです？？？？
要はお金の為だけなんですよ、アルバータ州は！！！！はっきりいって、石油関係で働くことは
DirtyMoneyなんですよ！！！！ ま、言ったら、きりないですけどね。。。
私たちだって、車乗ってるし、ガソリンは使わせてもらっている。要らない物ではない。
でも、サンドオイルはまた違う意味で使われるので。。。
私も、数年を目標にしているのだけれど、１００％の電気自動車を購入しようと思ってます。。

Today’s federal Appeal Court decision to strike down the government's approval to move ahead with the Trans Mountain pipeline based on the National Energy Board's faulty assessment is a major victory for First Nations, endangered Salish Sea orcas and all Canadians concerned about the environment. It’s a strong message that the rule of law will not accommodate projects that fail to address Indigenous rights, environmental risks and the concerns of local communities. The energy board’s fatal flaw, according to the courts, was leaving out the effects of a sevenfold increase in tanker traffic on the marine environment and Salish Sea orcas. The NEB’s assessment of the project was deemed to be so flawed that the federal cabinet should not have relied on it when it approved the project. What does this mean for critically endangered Salish Sea orcas that captured the world’s attention with mother Tahlequah’s 17-day tour of grief at the death of her calf? We can no longer stand by and watch resource projects move forward while Canada’s iconic species at risk — like the southern resident orca — continue to die off. Projects that affect the endangered orcas, including B.C.’s Terminal 2 expansion for container ships at Roberts Bank, must now address environmental risks. Traffic from the Port of Vancouver will transect critical habitat the orcas need to survive and may drive the species further toward extinction. The decision doesn’t mean the orcas’ struggle is over. We’re calling on the government to respond with emergency actions for the critical situation. We respectfully acknowledge the great effort of many people, and especially the leadership of Indigenous Peoples, that led to today’s decision. It took a united front with many players.
