HARVARD IS TUITION BLIND and has been for years. What does tuition blind mean. It means that anyone who is accepted to Harvard is guaranteed a scholarship, if they need it. GUARANTEED. Anyone, no matter how poor, if they're smart enough can go to Harvard. Princeton is the same. So, apply away.
