Now, I'm watching a Major League Baseball game on TV. Hideo Nomo is taking the plate. I've been a big fan of him and rooted for him since 1990. (Actually, I used to be a member of Kintestu Buffalos’'fan club.)
As you know, he is the pioneer of Japanese Major League Baseball Players. When he decided to play in the Major Leagues, a famous anchor indifferently said that Nomo was reckless and would not be able to active in the front line. Since then, I haven't watched the program! Contrary to his forecast, Nomo has been in full activity. I've enjoyed watching his games on TV and read his team's web site. Whenever he goes to the mound, it gets the blood flowing! In general, he is unexpressive, so his smile is valuable! I'm looking forward to seeing his smile at his 200th victory!!
