どーも、負け犬三昧です。


今日は夕方まで寝てました。

朝レポートが終わって完全昼寝る型になってますねｗ

そんで友達のイギリス人にメールでレポート送って文法チェックしてもらいました。。。

このレポートはproject scopingっていって担当教授とかassessorとかに出す大事なレポートなので、何気にビビってチェック頼みました＾＾；

まぁ締め切りが今週の金曜なので、全然早いんですけど、

そのイギリス人、今年の9月に結婚するので、色々準備とかで忙しいみたい。

だから早め（一週間も早いけど笑）に終わらせて暇な時などにチェックしてもらえれば・・・と思います（笑

そんで今日は月曜で、数日前も書いたけど、senior residential tutor(以下ｓｒｔ）に会いました。

まぁ話せば長くなるので下に添付したメール（英語）を見るか、昨日のと2日前の日記を見てください。

場所はhousekeeper officeで、行ったら何人かの学部生がいました。

ｓｒｔが言うにはこの前特定した家の住人だとか。

関係ない人もいて本当に残念に思いました。。。

その中になんか見覚えのある顔。

scotとeng（下のメールにはkidAとkidB）が逃げた後に話しかけた女の子と少年（推定年齢18歳）

女の子が言うにはscotとengの事は知らないとの事。

ｓｒｔが女の子だけ残して皆は帰っていいと言ったので関係ない人達は帰って行きました。

本当に申し訳ないっす。。。

その後、女の子と話しました。

その時わかったんだけど、彼女はスペイン人だと言う事らしい(以下span：かなり綺麗な英語だったけど）

シラを通してたけど、なんとか割り出しました。

spanは名前は知らないけど、会った事があると。

そんで、負け犬三昧と別のチューターでその人の部屋に行く事に。

on campus residentなのでほんの5分で到着。

途中でさっきの関係ない人達もいて、謝りました。

本当に申し訳ないと。。。

そしたら発見！！

任意同行。。。

ｓｒｔのオフィスに連行。

そして、話させました。

ｓｒｔ「Tell me what happened to him(負け犬三昧）」（さぁ話してくれ）

eng「I was quite pissed so I don't remember anything what happened last friday night」（酔っ払ってて先週の金曜の事なんて知らないっすよ）

バカです。まじアホだ（大爆笑

前から思ってたんだけど、イギリス人ってほんとバカ。（笑

ちゃんと考えろよ・・・って＾＾；

自分で丁寧に巨大地下帝国が作れるほどの墓穴を掘りました。。。すかさず

負け犬三昧「hold on, who said that friday night? how did you know it was friday night?」（え、誰が先週の金曜っつった？誰も言ってないのになんで金曜ってわかったの？）

はっはっは。そしたら

eng「well.... you know... the girl told me」（え、いや・・・あの、女の子がい・・言ってくれてたんだ）

としどろもどろに何を言ってるかわからない。。。

もう顔とか真っ赤になってるのが、もうピンク色になって窒息しそうになってるの（爆

もう写真に収めたくなってきたｗ

でも、逆にかわいそうになってきました・・・（慈


結局scotの名前は出てこなかったけど、とりあえず返す事に。

ｓｒｔ曰く、もっと権力があるstudent officeにこの事をまかすとのこと。

はっはっは。予想通り。

っていうのは

ｓｒｔは寮の最高責任者だけど、最高の罰でも、大学内の寮から追い出すくらい。

でもstudent officeに行けば、大学からの追放もありうる。

まぁそこまではいかないだろうけど、停学くらいはあわよくば（笑

以下はｓｒｔに後々の事を考えてさっき送ったメール：

I am sorry to you and the rest of people caused by this matter. Let me talk first what
happened at 2 in the morning on saturday on 3rd of June.
As usual drunk people rang a bell at 2 in the morning, and I went out to complain to
them. They kept ringing a bell for more than 5 seconds, so I saw them ringing a bell when I went out of my room. But when I talked to them, they denied what they did. there are two young kids, around 18 years old. I call them kid A and B. I was first talking a kid A, suddenly kid B smashed my face. I fell down, and found bleeding from my mouth. After that, kid B kept apologized abou this, but kid A run away. I tried to follow him, but kid A stopped me not to follow kid B. I asked kid A to tell the kid B's name. He said he is a friend of kid B, so he can't tell, and even if housekeeper comes to his place, he wouldn't tell. after talking to him for 30 mins, the kid B came back to us, and took kid A to somewhere. I am so sure that they tried to lose me because they went to the direction of where they came. So I was waiting around there in eastwood. Suddenly a young spanish girl and another english guy talked to me. She said she and the guy don't know about the people who hit me, but told me to forget everything and forgive them. I didn't know why they said so. So I thought she definitely knew the people who hit me. So I followed them, who went to eastwood resident 25. I was standing in front of entrance, could hear the voice of kid A. And even I met him when he opened the door. after confirming that, I went to security. this is what happened. Although when kid B hit me, there were several british people seeing. And I even asked them to call a police or security. But they ignored me. They are in british side all the times just maybe because I am Asian. I am happy that you, Abhishek Upadhyay, are the senior residential tutor, and helped me about this. Because you had told me to find who they are in order to take appropriate action last time English people pressed me down on the ground and kept hitting me in front of my flat of Marlborough Court, I tried to find them this time. And I could find them. So only thing I wish is you take some action against them. Although you told me to write everything I want to ask them to do, I first write that what they did caused to me and other flatmates as well. After looking at this, I want them to think about what they can. Concretely, first of all, because drunk people living in eastwood always ring a bell every friday night and even weekday nights, I suffer from manic depression and can not sleep at night. My life cycle has been disrupted since I came here. Even if I can sleep at day time, I can sleep only a couple of hours several times. And everybody in my flat get extremely angry. As for this time, I have been suffered from whiplash injury by being hit by kid B since the next day, which has prevented my work, sleeping, and leading a normal life. I had my decayed tooth filled in Japan. After he hit me, I found two filling missing. There is a small hole in my teeth at the moment. I have to get treatment as soon as possible, So I bought a ticket for japan, which cost 500 pounds, and have to book for dentist in Japan now. Because of my bruise in my face, I had to cancel the recent job interviews. What does the recruiter think when I go to job interview with big bruise in my face? And I have to wait the job interviews until finishing the course, which will lose my time to work. I was planning of beginning to work as soon as I finish my course because my parents had paid for international students' tuition fee, 11800 pound and living cost.

There are other things caused by the violence last saturday morning. But I don't want to ask them all of my loss they caused. But if they denied the fact, I definitely want to talk to their parents since they are 18 years old kids who even can't take care of
themselves when they are drunk. They are still pretending forgetting everything and using an alcohole for excuse. Last thing I wish you; since this is serious assaults, this should be something involved with police if I may be right about this country's law. But I leave everything to you if everything goes well. Finally again I am so sorry that this caused trouble or nuisance to so many people, including you. I really wish the university of Bath will be very peaceful and safe place from now on, because the location itself is very beautiful and there are lots of people coming here from all over the world.
