Compressed air filter after using too long, will lead to too many internal impurities, affecting the gas flow rate, pressure, filtering effect; so the compressed air filter replacement work needs to be carried out regularly.

The general replacement cycle is 1 year, if the user uses a better environment, can be appropriate for a longer period of time, if the use of poor environment, may need to be replaced in about 8 months.

Compressed air filter element replacement steps:

1, confirm that the air pressure system has stopped running;

2, prepare a suitable filter cartridge (specification, material, size, O-ring material, type, etc.), disassembly tools, collection bucket, rags, etc.;

3. Disconnect the filter cartridge, which needs to be replaced, from the system. Slowly open the exhaust port at the top of the filter and unload the pressure on it, paying attention to safety during the process to prevent material or liquid from splashing;

4、Empty the material inside the filter, open the top cover of the filter with a tool, take out the filter cartridge and put the filter cartridge in a plastic bag to be scrapped;

5、Clean the inside of the filter with a rag;

7, check whether the O-ring is broken, aging and other problems;

8、Install the inflow of materials according to the method of inflow from the outside of the filter cartridge and outflow from the inside of the cartridge;

9. holding the end of the cartridge near the O-ring in hand, vertically insert the cartridge socket completely into the filter cartridge seat jack, insert the filter cartridge, then install the filter top cover and tighten the filter with tools;

In the process of replacing the cartridge cartridge sealing and cleaning is the most critical work, so in the process of O-ring, screw and upper cover, etc., be especially careful.
