Bashar: Tears of Purification
Sometimes, as soon as I receive an awareness, I burst into tears.

It is not sad or painful, but tears just flow.

These are called "tears of purification," and they occur when you let go of the "unwanted frequencies" that have accumulated in your body.

Do not stop crying, but cry until you feel refreshed.

By doing so, the "unwanted frequencies" are expelled from the body, creating space for new frequencies to enter.

Tears purify the soul, and tears reset you.

If you can't cry, watch an inspiring video.
You can cry at a great view. You can cry at the sight of a wonderful human being.

Your tears of joy will bring tears of purification and wash away your unwanted energy.
