Excitement is the one thing that will elevate you in the most efficient way. Excitement automatically raises your frequency and makes you live according to the “purpose of life” that you have decided to live.

By putting excitement into action, you can live joyfully and abundantly every day and lead a meaningful life.

If you have a passionate desire within you, please act on it. Don't think about this and that, just do it. Even if it is just for five minutes. Let the excitement that comes from within you out into the world. It is not too late to start worrying about it.

If you act in accordance with your heart for even just five minutes, you will find that the fog in your mind will dissolve. The wheels of Happiness will start turning and small good things will start sprouting here and there.
