It's much better than this. Or maybe it's just me as I'm a white bloke and I didn't get the message. So let's try to analyse this thing and maybe find something good in this film. First of all even though I'm white I got few black people in my family so I know from my uncle a little bit about racism and it's form's and how it affected people back in the day. I'm racist as any other person so please stop kidding yourself you're not. We all got our prejudice in one form or the other. People that will tell me otherwise are the ones I'm afraid off. Since we got that said let's talk about this movie. WARNING SPOILER AHEAD If it was made the other way around: black people luring white people to hypnotise them and transplant brains into new Caucasian hosts lawsuit's would follow. But because its complete opposite not one critic gave this movie a bad review? Why the hell not. I've seen movies smashed by critics that I've enjoyed so much (United States of Leeland, Fight Club, The Thing, Stay, The New Guy, London, Dracula 2000 not to mention Apocalypse Now or Blade Runner) so why everyone is praising this crap is beyond my mental capacity (unless lots of money in bribes was involved and threats that there will be a black dude waiting for you if you say something wrong - because let's face it racial stereotypes are still there and this movie will only ad more venom to this already long outstanding issue. I'm also struggling to figure out what's the target audience for this thing. My uncle that's 66 thought it's utterly crap be he enjoyed white people being killed for most of the time instead of usual black victims so just for that it gets 1 star (i thought it's stupid and since main character is else can he kill? but hey I will listen to someone who's way older then I am even if he's black and I'm white. My cousin however loved it very much but he's 17 so my guess is that this hybrid of sorts target audience are young black adults with all rage that they have inside them against the (white) corrupted system. When i was younger my rage was let loose on punk rock concerts and picking fights with natzi pric@ afterwards. But it looks like each generation got its own way's to let out some steam.
