Remember when Charlie got in Hunger Games.
This movie was diffinetly refreshing for me. The action is fkin serious.
Charlie always comes in hot with the Moist Meter right when I need it! Gonna watch this film tonight.
The scenes that are more emotional for me, would be when Saju was beaten up, but the first thing he did in the hotel room was to call his wife and son, he knew he couldnt catch up to Tyler so he was waiting for death. When the kid talked about him feeling everyone was treating him like a possession but not a person When Tyler stop caring about the ten million cash, and fought his friend to save the boy. Because that is when he stop treating the kid like a possession. And I feel for the kid because that is probably the first real father moment he have. When Saju got killed distracting the mercenaries from the kid. When Tyler stayed behind to stop the mercenaries from catching the kid, but got killed. So this movie is pretty well written. I feel if the Netflix label is gone and it premiered it would be a blockbuster.

Good Things About the film:
1. Direction is just flawless. The American Stuntman turned Director Sam Hargrave just nailed it. He knows how to do action scenes without disrespecting Newton. He made the Pace fast where needed and slowed up where it called for one simple conversation between characters. Just incredible.
2. Performances of most of the characters. Chris Hemsworth AKA Thor didn't let us down and delivered An impeccable performance. His sense of every emotion is just amazing. He makes you feel every time he goes through some emotion. And when he pronounces "Proman dao" so flawless you'll just feel that One is dubbed but no. He Said it. But he said "teka" instead of "taka" but it seemed that he learned bengali from a Bangladeshi instead. Overall a "Worth it" performance.
3. Shataf Figar as Bangladeshi Army Colonel was just on point. He didn't mispronounced a single bangla word wrong. And his presence and personality was just extraordinary. He did look like a real colonel.
4. An extraordinary performance came from Suraj Rikame as Farhad. Though his role was very short but very very important. He was the finding of this film. His "on point" expressions and greatly pronounced bangla makes his performance a great one. He has a Bright future.
Bad things about the film:
1. I didn't like particularly just disliked the performance of One character is of Rudraksh Jaiswal as Ovi Mahajan in this film. His expressions were Same at every scene. He just disgraced Chris's performance. May be he was baffled a little bit in front of "Thor. But in comparison Suraj Rikame just stole the show as an teenage antagonist. Only one dialogue that strikes was "You drown not by falling into the river, but staying submerged in it." but it was only the dialogue, Not the way he delivered it.
2. Particularly didn't like the pronunciation of bangla words by Priyanshu Painyuli as Amir Asif. He was just a typical north Indian speaking bengali after few classes. I mean seriously? In that level you can't do that he should have been replaced by an bengali actor from Bengal or Bangladesh either. Very disappointed with that as a bengali.
3. Story line was predictable after the first half.
4. Pankaj Tripathi was used only in one scene. They couldn't capitalize on his master class.
5. The Director seriously needed More homework about the music taste of Bangladeshi people obviously. Because, you can hear only Bollywood songs (Most of them are SRK songs from 90's and 2000's and From Gully Boy too) playing in households while a chasing scene. I mean seriously? You could have added a "Khairon lo tor lomba mathar kesh, Chirol daanter hasi diya pagol korli desh" instead. They did add a bangla rap in a car scene though (Not "Ripon Miyar Bangladesh" though.
(Quick facts: All the Dhaka scenes were shoot in India only. Australia scenes were shoot in Thailand. AND THERE IS NO MANOJ TIWARY IN THE CAST. GOOGLE SHOWS IT WRONG WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR "EXTRACTION CAST. br>
Should You Watch It Or Not?
- Absolutely. You should watch it. It is a great portrayal of South Asian Under world and also a Gunman's emotion weaknesses about his Son and the consequences of that you would Not expect. Oops! Spoiler. So, if you have enough money in this lock down period and going to subscribe to Netflix for this film, then go ahead. I mean, Umm. I prefer Torrent. though.
Who noticed Salmon Boi. He did a Cameo in this film. 1st time by Hitting Chris 2nd time by Hitting Randeep 😂😂😂 Aur public ke attitude ka toh alag hi level hai. Dono fight krr rhe hain... 1st floor se niche gir bhi public ko kuch lena dena hi nhi... 😂😂.

Its a good old school action pack without or less cgi, its a good escape with all this film today with a bunch of cgi, good directing.
