問題は、

A king sets up a horse race. The prize will be a small fortune. However,
this is not a regular race. The king will give the prize to the man whose
horse comes in last place. How does he set up the race so that the riders
don't ride slowly?

The king makes the owners rides the horses of other owners. The only way they have a chance to win the prize is if the horse they ride doesn't come in last so they all ride as fast as they can.
