今日中学卒業ということで、人生回顧の曲をまたまた持ってきました。。




「人生で何かやり残したことはあるのか
これで目標を達成できたと言えるのか
僕は幸せだったのか、それともこれは蟻地獄??
一体それほどまでする価値はあったのか?

そうさ　僕の話を聞いてくれよ　全てを話させてくれ

ドラムセットを買い　トランペットを吹き
コンサートをやり　僕らはそれで完璧だと思ってた
それほどの価値があったのだろうか?　心血を注いで打ち込み、
徹夜するほどの価値が?　ロックンロールとともに生き
荒んだ生活を送るほどの価値が?
一体それほどまでする価値はあったのだろうか?

収支なんて考えずに金を注ぎ込んだ
損得なんてどうでも良かったんだ
僕らは凶暴で、殺人だってできた
飢えて、あっぱれだった

憎たらしいサーカスのように目標を決めた
僕らはダンディに決めて、君を狂おしく愛した
それほどの価値があったのだろうか?　ロックンロールとともに生き
荒んだ生活を送るほどの価値が?
散々騒ぎ立ててきたが　その必要はあったのか

バリに行って　Godとダリを見た
すごく神秘的でシュールだった
それほどの価値があったのだろうか?　心血を注いで打ち込み、
徹夜するほどの価値が?　ロックンロールとともに
この終わりなき戦いを生き
荒んだ生活を送るほどの価値が?
一体それほどまでする価値はあったのだろうか?

そう　全ては価値ある経験だった
それだけの価値はあったんだよ」


明日からオーストラリアにホームステイに行くわけですが、全てが”価値ある経験”("Worthwhile Experience")になるよう精一杯楽しんで(?)きます。
明日の午前中、ステイ前最後の更新をしたいと思います。
