それで韓国政府が人々に分配すると「公式に」嘘をついた例のお金はどうなったのでしょう？韓国政府は百万人超の人のために3.6億ドルを要求し、それに対し日本政府は３億ドルの支払いに応じました。日本政府が払い込んでからすでに４０年が過ぎましたが、韓国政府はもう個人向けに分配しはじめましたか？なぜこれについては一言も言及しないのですか？あなたのいう正義とはご都合主義的なものですか？もしあなたの正義を当てはめるなら韓国政府は何をしなければなりませんか？

日本政府が国連安全保障理事国に立候補したとき（僕は国連への貢献は少しずつ小さくしていくべきだと考えているので、個人的には反対してます。）、世界中の政府が、大小に関わらず、先進国・発展途上国に関わらず、南北に関わらず、日本が常任理事国になることを支持すると表明しました。

既に書いたように僕は、国連に対しこれ以上の貢献をするのは望まないのですが、世界の多くの政府が日本人がこれまで行なってきた貧困層への援助（資金援助の必要な国家も含む）や、軍事以外の活動を通じて世界の安定と発展に寄与してきたことを明確に認識していると分かったのはとても良いことでした。

日本人はもうこれ以上、世界から尊敬や承認を必要としていないのです。今以上に敬意をもたれてもそれを何に役立てたらよいか分からないからです。だからあなたの議論は日本人にあまりアピールしないのです。あなたの議論には（日本だけでなく）他の国々にも影響を与えかねない意味合いが含まれているので、国際社会の中ではあまり支持されないでしょう。したがって法律や法的必要条件に立脚した他の強力な論法を考え出さなければ、長きに渡って日本政府からの資金援助を求めつづけたあげくに何一つ得られなかったとなるのではないでしょうか。

PCの前でサングラスでもしているのですか？すでに投稿したニュース記事に、公的委員会が政府は「被害者に対し十分に賠償していなかった」と正式に批判したと書かれています。韓国人はこの問題に既に取り組んでおり、これは家や財産への戦争被害に対する賠償の話でしかありません。日本の省庁、公的委員会、議会、裁判官が残虐行為や賠償問題にまともに取り組んでいないと日本政府を批判したことがありますか？

以上明確にした点以外、あなたの言っていることはいつもの「不正義を正当化」するための言い訳に過ぎません。これこそが日本への悪評、避難の元となっているのです。ドイツとアメリカは言い訳をせず、間違った行い、戦争犯罪の責任を取り、是正し、過去を清算しました。

日本は今でも誠意を持って対応していません。日本は今でも（５０年が過ぎ終わりはないようです）何千何万もの罪のない人への残虐行為を否定しています。悪いけれども、我々はどうやら正義や人類愛を欠くハイエナや人間以下の生き物の住む国家を相手にしているようです。また犯罪を犯してもそれを認める勇気もありません。口先だけ、否定するだけで５０年もの長い間何もしていません。いつものバカバカしさと言葉遊びだけで何も変わっていません。

So what happened to the money the South Korean
government "officially" lied to distribute to the South
koreans? The South Korean government requested for $360
million to compensate to over a million South Koreans, to
which the Japanese government agreed to pay $300 million. Has
the South Korean government begun to deliver the money to
individuals yet after 40 years since the Japanese government
paid the money? Why is it that you don't say anything about
it? Is the justice you talk about such an oppotunistic one?
What does the government have to do if your justice is
applied here?

When the Japanese government expressed its intention to bid
for a seat in the U.N. Security Council (to which I
personally oppose because I believe that the level of
commitment to the oroganization should be gradually
reduced rather than increased), the governments worldover,
big or small, developed or developing, in the South or
North, expressed their support that Japan should be part of the
Security Council.

They obviously thought that the inclusion of Japan in the
dicision-making body would bear a positive influence for the
peace and security and the future of the world. I don't think that Germany recieved the similar level of support from countires around the world, contrary to what you wrote in your post. In terms of qualificaton, they named Japan for their pick of a nation to be the next member of the Security Council.

Like I said above, I'm reluctant to add any further commitment to the U.N. but it was a great thing to know that so many governments in the world clearly recognize Japanese people's effort and contribution to the stabiltiy and development of the world through the assistance to the poor and desparate, including governments in need of financial assistance, as well as through other activities of non-military nature.

"They don't need to earn any further respect and recognition from the rest of the world, because even if they get more, they would not know what to do with the excess, the newly acquired respect and recognition. Hence, your argument doesn't sound very convincing to Japanese people. It is unlikely too that your argument gathers much support from the world community due to its implication for other countries as well. Thus, unless you come up with another stronger argument based on the law and legal requirements, you are likely to find yourself being empty-handed in the future after many years of demanding more financial assistance from the Japanese government."

Are you wearing sunglasses to read your PC? In the news article posted, the official-civilian committee in S Korea made an official criticism of their government for "not sufficient compensated individual victims". They are dealing with the issue, which is one regarding compensation to war damage to homes, assets and property of her citizens. Did any Japanese ministry, official committee, legislative assembly or judges criticize the Japan government for not dealing with the issue of war atrocities and compensation matters?

Other than the above clarification, the rest of what you wrote are lame excuses in attempting to "justify injustice" and which is exactly what brought Japan in disrepute and condemnation. Germany and USA need no excuses, they took ownership of their misdeeds/war crimes, redressed them, and close the books.

Japan had refused to deal with it sincerely. Japan is still arguing (for 50 years and seems like no end) and denying the atrocities they committed, involving hundreds of thousands of innocent lives. Sorry, but it seems that we are dealing with a state behaving like a pack of hyenas, sub-humans, who has no sense of fair justice nor humanity. Nor do they have the courage to admit to the war crimes they committed. They talk, talk, and talk; deny, deny, and deny, for all of 50 years, so they did nothing for so long. Same hogwash and repeated semantics, nothing changed.

Such snobbery! In the first place, Japan has earned little or no respect from the victim countries they ravaged. You guys seems quite happy about it. So be it. Perhaps, I can suggest you guys can start a PhD course in lies, deception, distortions, and whitewashing history, and make it political requisite out of it. Boy, you guys have no end to your nonsense.
