I posted Japanese only potsticker recipe HERE because none of my non-Japanese friends showed slightest of interest in MAKING potstickers. But just in case you are interested, mix chopped water chestnuts, and double-chewy jelly of Chinese soup stock (use twice as much gelatin, that’s the trick) into regular ingredients. Alright, you feel better? Now let me tell you what I make on the side today. Well, I make nothing but potstickers when we eat them for dinner (hey, it’s got veggies, meat, and carb, what more can you ask for besides beer!?) but my friends ask me what they should make so here’s what I suggest: FLAMING HOT BEAN SPROUTS ! [1] Boil at least a quart of water [2] Put 1 tbsp of chilly oil, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1tsp of powder Chinese soup stock, AND AS MUCH AS CRUSHED RED PEPPER AS YOU LIKE, 1/4 lb of ground beef, put it on low heat, stir until brown. [3] Add a bag of bean sprouts into [1], boil for 30 seconds, drain well, add it to [2], add chopped Chinese chives, stir will and serve. SZECHUAN PEPPERY SESAME SAUCE Mix 1 tbsp of each one of them --- sesame paste, chilly oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seed Use as dressing! Also great with tofu and steamed chicken. “But, if Youre thinkin about my baby It don’t matter if you’re black or white”...I mean, sesame, not Michael. Also, making this sauce does not mean you are a Michel fan, so relax and enjoy! お気に入りの記事を「いいね!」で応援しよう
