1. Heatless Regenerative Adsorbent Dryer
Heatless regeneration desiccant dryer is using about 15% of the finished 
compressed air to purge and regenerate the saturated adsorbent;
Advantages: simple construction, low acquisition cost and easy maintenance;
Disadvantages are: consumes about 15% of high quality compressed air and is 
generally limited to applications below low flow rates due to high energy 
consumption.

2. Micro-thermal desiccant dryer
Micro-thermal regenerative desiccant dryer requires the use of an electric 
heater, which heats about 8% of the finished gas through the heater and feeds 
it into the regeneration tower to warm up the adsorbent for regeneration, and 
then cold-blows the adsorbent to room temperature;
The advantages are: longer working cycle compared to the heatless regeneration 
desiccant dryer, and stable dew point of the gas supply;
The disadvantage is: energy consumption is still large, not only to consume 8% 
of compressed air, but also to consume a certain amount of electricity;

3. Zero gas consumption adsorption dryer
Zero gas consumption adsorption dryer is an energy-saving compressed air 
drying device, which adopts the process of ambient air blast regeneration, so 
it can save a lot of product gas needed for regeneration of traditional 
process.
The basic principle of adsorption in a zero air consumption blast thermal 
adsorption dryer is similar to the traditional adsorption process. However, 
the regeneration method is a blast regeneration process, and the process steps 
include heating and blowing cold. The source of regeneration gas during 
heating comes from the ambient air after the blower is pressurized and is 
heated by the heater to the regeneration temperature as the regeneration gas 
for the adsorber bed resolution. In the regeneration operation, the 
regeneration heating gas is heated to the adsorption bed resolution, and the 
water vapor precipitated by the regeneration gas is carried and brought out of 
the adsorber.
Regeneration blowing cold or taken from its own dry air, after decompression 
as regeneration blowing cold gas, or air circulation cooling separation as 
regeneration blowing cold gas, the bed blowing cold to meet the next stage of 
adsorption work needs, to avoid the air outlet dew point due to the presence 
of bed temperature and instability. It is the most ideal energy-saving product 
for oil-injected screw air compressor at present.
Advantages: more than 70% energy saving compared to heatless and micro-heat 
type desiccant dryers;
Disadvantages: the system process is relatively complex, many pipelines and 
valves, high performance requirements of each component, relatively high
