1, the air around the air compressor station humidity

The air itself has humidity and contains certain moisture. When the air is compressed, due to the high temperature inside the compressor, the moisture evaporates directly to form water vapor and then discharges from the compressor with the pressure, and when it is shut down, the temperature drops, which causes the water vapor to form condensate. Therefore, the humidity of the working environment of the air compressor should be low; or this condensate should be discharged before starting to use the machine.

2, post-treatment drying equipment failure

The general drying post-treatment capacity of the cold dryer is the pressure dew point 3℃, if your work site temperature is lower than 3℃, there is bound to be water. At this time, it is recommended to configure micro-thermal suction dryer post-processing drying equipment, the pressure dew point can reach -20 ℃ does not produce which carries water.

3, air compressor configuration of the post-processing drying equipment capacity is not enough

Generally speaking, the post-treatment drying volume configured by the manufacturer for the user is configured according to the average gas consumption, if your instantaneous gas consumption is larger, it will cause the capacity of the post-treatment drying equipment to be insufficient, resulting in water in the gas.

4, the gas storage tank itself has the function of water accumulation

It contains a lot of water that is not drained out and forget to drain. Regularly open the drain valve under the gas storage tank to drain the water.
