　​日本国平和憲法を
　　　私は誇る


　憲法と法律とを混同してはならない。機能が異なるのだ。憲法の第一義は為政者に対する縛りである。これは近代憲法の世界共通の原理である。
　たとえば女性の社会的格差の問題等は法律で解決すべきことで、むしろ日本国憲法の理念に照らすと、その問題を解決していない行政に問題があるのだ。すなわち男尊女卑が社会通念として存続し、またその通念が民事において制度化していることを見過ごしにしているのである。
　私は、法律で解決するこのような問題を、あたかも現・憲法の問題であるかのように言挙げするのは、平和憲法から軍事国家憲法への改悪を底意にした「目くらまし」だと思う。「あっち向いて、ホイ」である。

　私たちは現在、軍事国家になると国民がどのような苦しみを味わわなければならないかを、目に見える情報で認識している。
　私はこのブログ日記においてすでに書いているが、軍事国家というものは一旦成立してしまうと、「国民を守り、国を守る」という、おそらく当初には掲げられていたであろう目的からたちまちはずれて、軍国政治そのものを固守するようになる。軍事政治の永続のためには国民を虐待し、国民を虐殺することさへ厭わない。軍事国家というのは二者択一の 独裁政治であり、精神病理学的に観れば不安神経症の強権政治であるため、国民を常に監視対象とする。このような国家において為政者は偽善者でしかない。自ら望まなくとも、社会は欺瞞化してその社会のメカニズのなかで為政者は偽善者になってゆくのである。この点についても、私たちは、現在、目に見える多くの実例を持っている。

　私は各論は述べない。各論を述べると糸がもつれて最も大切なことが見失われる。「泥棒にも三分の理」と言うが、どんな説にも何らかの理屈はあるものだ。
　しかしいま日本が憲法をいじると、それはまちがいなく改悪になり、その結果は改憲論者が夢見るような社会にはなりませんよと、私は言っているのだ。もっとも、改憲論者がサディスティイクな心性を持っているか殺人嗜好があるのなら、つまり他者の痛みや苦悩に対して無感覚な人ということだが、彼らの夢は平和憲法が破棄されたときに実現するであろう。戦争は殺人行為以外のなにものでもない。文明あるいは文化の破壊行為以外のなにものでもない。
　私が極端なことを言っていると誰か思うだろうか？

　ちがう！　
　この広大な宇宙でたったひとつの命・・・あなたという命、わたしという命、・・・ほかに代わるものがない絶対的にひとつの命を、自己の欲望のためにいとも簡単に殺す人がいる。そのような為政者がいる。それが戦争というものだ。そして、人心を操作して、そういう制度をつくろうとする人がいる。哀しいかな人間の心というのは、他から容易に操作されるのだ。
　・・・私はロマンチストではない。しかしながら、この広大な宇宙で・・・光速で数千億年の広がりがある宇宙空間で・・・「この人はたったひとりなのだ」「あの人はたったひとりなのだ」そして「わたしはたったひとりなのだ」、すべての人の命がこの宇宙にたったひとつなのだと、生命というものを認識する。これは幻想ではあるまい。いや、幻想ということはできないのだ。哲学的な思惟でもない。これ以外の真実が無い、「個」の存在の真実なのだ。光速数千億年の広大な時空間の宇宙で、わずか90年間そこそこのまさに一瞬を生きる命、それが人間の「個」。それをむざむざ殺してなるものか。
　私はこの認識を基礎にして上のように述べたのである。

   I'm proud

   Do not confuse the constitution with the law. The
functions are different. The first principle of the
Constitution strictly prevents politicians from illegally
deviating. This is a universal principle of the modern
constitution.
   For example, the problem of women's social disparity
should be solved by law. Rather, in light of the idea of
the Constitution of Japan, there is a problem with the
administration that has not solved the problem. In other
words, it overlooks the fact that male-dominated
women continue as a spcial convention and that con-
vention is institutionalized in civil affairs.
   I say that it is a "blinding" that is based on the aggre-
vation of the Peace Constitution to the Military State
Constitution to describe such problems of the present
Constitution. think. "Face over there, Hoi!".

   We are now aware of what kind of suffering the
people have to suffer when becoming a military nation
with visible information.
   As I have already written in this blog diary, once a 
military nation is established, it quickly deviates from
the originally stated purpose of "protecting the people
and protecting the country." As a result, the military
politics itself will be adhered to. For the perpetuity of
military politics, they are willing to abuse the people
and slaughter them. A military nation is an alternative
dictatorship, and from a psychopathological point of
view, it is a powerful politics of anxiety, so the people
are always monitored. In such a nation, the politician is
only a hypocrite. Even if you don't want it yourself, 
society becomes deceptive and the politician becomes
a hypocrite in the mechanics of society. Agaon, we now
have many visible examples.

   I will not discuss individual theory. When I explain
individual theory, the thread gets tangled and the most
important thing is lost. "Thieves also have a third 
reason," but every theory has some reason.
  However, I am saying that if Japan tampers with the
Constitution now, it will definitely be aggravated, and 
the result will not be the society that constitutionalists
dream of. However, if constititionalists have a sadistic
mindset or a murderous taste, their dreams will come
true when the Peace Constitution is abolished. War is
nothing but murder. It is nothing more than a vandal-
ism of civilization or culture.
   Does anyone think I'm saying something extreme?

   No!
   There is a person who kills, for his own desires, only
one life in this vast universe ... your life, my life ... there
is no substitute for absolutely one life. ... There is such
a politician for such a reason. That is war. And there
are people who try to create such a system of opening
war by manipulating the human mind. The sad human
mind is easily manipulated by others.
   ... I'm not a romanticist. However, in this vast uni-
verse ... in outer space that has spred for hundreds of
billion of years at the speed of light ... "This person is
the only one" "That person is the only one" and "I am
the only one" it is.", Recognizing that life is the only
one in this universe. This is not an illusion. No, it can't
be an illusion. It's not a philosophical thought. There
is no other truth, it is the truth of the existence of
"individual". In the vast space-time universe of 
hundreds of bilions of years of light speed, the life
that lives in the very moment of just 90 years is the
"individual" of human beings. Don't kill that irre-
placeable life.
   I made the above statement based on this recogni-
tion.
