PC cafe

多分、瞬間英作文の影響だと思うのですが、ドラマを見たり、英文を読んでいる時に文法パターンが目につくようになりました。
その中で、これまで一番目につくようになったのが、whatです。

瞬間英作文でやったのは、こんな文でした。

I could not understand what he said.
Will you please tell me what you know about him?
This is what he said.
What she saw there was surprising.
What they did was right.

デス妻2でもよく出てくる気がしたので、探してみました。

Gabrielle: "Baby, what you're about to see will most likely shock and upset you."
Carlos: "Okay." #212 　　←ネットにGabbyの写真が公開されてしまった時の話

Lynette: "Well, you look amazing."
Bree: "Do I?"
Lynette: "Absolutely. Well, I can't imagine what you're going through." #202

Phyllis: "Have I become a burden? Is that what you're saying?"
Bree: "I was simply asking when you were planning to leave. There was no agenda behind the question." #203


Noah: "I think you’re lying. But then again these days, I think everyone’s been lying to me. The thing is, you’re here now. So tell me what I want to know. Did you find the man who killed my daughter?"　#212

こんなのもよく出てきます。
Bree: "Oh, honey, what happened wasn't my fault. There's no way I could've predicted how Betty would react."　#213

Lynette: "I don't know why I have to get dragged into this. What happened with my kids has nothing to do with Bree's situation with Andrew. Sit."　#218

この頃、少しずつ使えるようになってきましたが、もっとスルッと上手に使えるようになりたいものです。

他にも、so ... , that...とか, want someone to do something, used to ..., Which ... 比較級, A or B?のような文法パターンを使うと、とりあえず英語らしい文にはなりますよね。
あとは、自分で文を作り、入れ替え練習を沢山するだけです。
・・・・・・。

エクセルとか何かソフトを使って、入れ替え練習をうまくできないものかと、あれこれやっていますが、なかなかうまく行きません。何かないかなぁ。
