フローリングがだいぶ傷んでいたので、11/24〜11/27でフローリングの張替えをした。
当初、11/24〜12/1の予定だったが、思いのほか剥がすのが順調で、11/27に終わった。
防音効果のためにフローリングの板が前よりも2mm厚くなったようで、職人の方が苦労していた。
こちらとしては、リビングと廊下のものを全部和室にしまいこんで、工事中は自分たちの部屋で過ごしていた。
業者によっては、家を空けないとならないところもあるようだけれど、今回は住みながら工事をしてもらえた。不自由だったけれど。
これでバス、トイレ、フローリングがすっかりきれいになり、快適になった。
リフォームの承諾書を隣と下の階の世帯にもらって管理会社に提出する必要があり、夜遅くに署名、捺印をもらいにいかなければならなかったが、すべての工事が非常に順調に終わってよかった。

The flooring was damaged a lot, so I changed the flooring from November 24th to November 27th.

It seems that some contractors ask to vacate the house, but this time I was asked to do the construction while living. Although it was inconvenient.
The bath, toilet and flooring are now clean and comfortable.
I had to get the renovating consent form from the households on the next and lower floors and submit it to the management company, and I had to go to get the signature and stamp late at night, but all the construction was done very well. Was good.
