腹囲73.5cm、体重57.5kg
１．就寝予定は24：30です ２．今日は思いのほか歩いていたみたいです。歩数は12902歩でした。 ３．食事は、三食ともに控えめにしました、夜9時以降の飲食はお茶以外にはありません ４．間食はありません ５．日中は運転以外は歩いていることが多かったです。 座っているときも姿勢を正すことを意識するようになりました ６．入浴中に足と腰回りストレッチは継続中です。 また、1回30秒かけて行うスクワットを10回しました 少しずつ、ストレッチのときの痛みが少なくなっているようです 今日はもうすぐ出産予定の嫁さんの付き添いで病院に行ってきました。 検査と待ち時間が長くなりそうとのことだったので、待っている間に献血に行ってきました。 今回で献血は24回目、一回だけ成分献血をしましたが、あとは全て400ml献血です。 元々少し貧血気味でしたが、仕事をしていないせいか、規則正しい生活を送っていることも あって、簡易的な血液検査の結果は良好でした。 このまま、仕事をしない生活が身体のためにはいいのか、と少し思いつつ でも収入がないので現実的には無理だなと思い、本当に身を削って稼がなければ、思いました。 もう一週間以内には、産まれそうなので産まれてから、面接を受けに行こうと思います。 お気に入りの記事を「いいね！」で応援しよう
