関係力（相対性）経済学RELATIVITY ECONOMICS

埼玉大学教育学部の社会科教育講座で人文・社会科学分野
に属する学生で、なにが一番プレッシャーかといえば、この分野
だけの特有の卒論審査にあります。卒論提出はどこも同じです
が・・・
１）卒論査読者が二人いる。
２）口頭試問が４人教授によって行われる。
３）卒業生をも招待して、卒論発表会が公開される。
４）卒論文集を制作する。
以上、４点をクリアしなければならないのです。
これは、卒論の合否はできる限り公開を原則とする（言い換え
れば指導教官と学生個人の密室の審査ではないこと）という
趣旨にもとづくものです。
例年、４人の教授の間では幾人かの学生が合否の判定で話題
に上りますが、ほとんどが合格していきますので、結果的にはそ
れほどプレッシャーを感じる必要がありません。しかし、この程
度のプレッシャーに堪えられないでは、いい卒論とは言えない
ので、ぼくの在任期間中は続けたいと思います。
また教員も他研究室の卒論を読むことは一つの楽しみでもあり
ます。宝物のような卒論に行き当たるとき、ありがとう、と言いた
くなります。
密室性には、ときには、不正の温床になることがありませう。セ
クハラ、いじめ、贈収賄などなど。

our students who belongs to our human social studies section
of social study education of SAITAMA-u. suffer a big
psychological pressure this season. for they have to take
a viva, an oral examination of their garaduate thesis held by
four professors. moreover they will have to address their thesis
to the public including our garaduated and working people
(SEMPAI) in a civic hall.so that their frustration cannot help
but increasing more and more.
such a publicity of the process of examining the student's paper
is on the basis that the process of getting the bachelor's degree
should be open and must'nt be closed inside the professor's
office and between a professor and a student.
we, professors, can enjoy to have an oppotunity to study papers
of the other speciality.
i am afraid that such scandals sometimes happen behind such a
closed doors as academic sexual harrassment and excessive
teasing,and something like bribe and so on.
