■ 私の郷にも、「ふぐ料理」と名のつく「ふぐ料理」のあることを・・・・・・

この「ふぐ料理」を味わってから知ることとなる。

■ さすが本場「別府ふぐ」、同じ「ふぐ」でも「ふぐ」違い・・・・・

魚肉の違いもさることながら、薬味、味付け、具のちがい！・・・・・

七五調で郷を批判するつもりは毛頭ございません。


■ 別府市でご馳走になりました友永様、あの時の「ふぐ料理」は、忘れられません。
改めて御礼を申し上げます。

　　視覚３年！味覚１００年・・・(笑)。

■ Also to have the "blowfish dish" to which "blowfish dish" and a name stick in my village......

I'll know after this "blowfish dish" is tasted.

■ "Blowfish" is also different by a home "Beppu blowfish" and the same "blowfish" indeed......

The difference in the fish, not to mention, condiments, seasoning and difference in toppings!....
