そこは標高１５０メートルの（２）鉄輪（かんなわ）地獄めぐり地帯だ。


■ そこはまた、噴気も激しいが、赤い熱湯、白い熱湯、青い熱湯、どろどろ泥熱湯
・・・正に地獄そのもの。


■ やがて海辺平地（３）に２０分。
明礬温泉地区のあの危機感、激しさ、緊張感。

鉄輪地区のあの多彩さ、目まぐるしさ、企画力の旺盛さ。

それ等が何だったのかと、思わせるほどの静かさ標高０メートル。


■ ここはまた、噴気、噴騰の音は聞こえずとも、華やかさの内面に・・・・・生き
残りを掛けた人間様たちのマグマの溜まり場があるという・・・・何処も同じ。


■ 別府雛壇を降りてみて、爽快な気分になるのは何故だろうか。

乾きを感ずるほどの純粋な圧力（明礬）から、噴気から熱泥までの何でもありの（鉄
輪）
そして、我々住む街にも有りそうな（別府温泉郷）
それらが、そうさせることなのか・・・。
