Japan's royal tombs opened for inspection Researchers to get a bit closer to Japanese history. 天皇古墳、公開調査予定 研究者、日本の歴史にせまれるか Japan's royal tombs are to be opened to more thorough investigation by researchers for the first time. The move should re-invigorate studies into the country's ancient history, which have so far depended mostly on legends and myths. 古墳が研究関係者により詳しい調査のため初めて公開される見込み。公開によって日本の古代史に対する研究が再び活発化する。古代史は伝説や神話の範疇に入っていた。 But the change in the rules still won't allow any excavation, nor the inspection of any bodies.
