先日訪れたザグレブ技術博物館にあったニコラ・テスラの展示にあった テスラの生涯・・ ニコラ・テスラ&ザグレブ技術博物館&世界を変えた分子・・ザグレブ旅行7 ニコラ・テスラは、正教会の司祭の子どもに生まれました。NiKola Tesla was born on 10 July 1856 as the fourth child of the Orthodox priest Milutin tesla and his wife Georgina(Duka) nee Mandic.Until the age of six, Nikola lived in Smiljan, where he completed the first grade of elementary school,Even of his early age, tesla used to make toy hydro turbines in the nearby brook called Vaganac.In 1862, Tesla's father was transferred to Gospic with this family at his own request where Nikola attended elementary school.As soon as he learned to read he became an impassioned reader, above all, of books from his father's library,He also showed an interest in scientific subjects.Tesla completed elementary school in 1866, and from 1866 to 1870 attended secondary school in Gospic. 中学校を卒業後、テスラはコレラに罹ってしまいます。 しかし、そのおかげで、父親は司祭にするのを諦め、 テスラはエンジニアの道を歩き始めます。After finishing secondary school, Tesla returned to his parents in Gospic when he fell ill of cholera.Because of his illness, his father didn't send him to train for priesthood but was sent instead to study engineering.He managed to avoid serving three years in the Austrian army by hiding from military authorities.In 1875, he went to Graz to study at the K. und K.Techinische Hochshule.In the first two years of the studies he proved himself to be an outstanding student, but was forced to leave his studies after loosing his Military Border scholorship.In 1878, Tesla worked as an assintant engineer in Maribor, but was forced to leave for Gospic in March the next year.On 29 April 1879, his father died.Shortly afterward, Tesla worked as a teacher in Gospic secondary school, which he himself attended. テスラは、電報局の設計者になります。その後、電話交換局の建設責任者になり、電話機のアンプの改良をしたりします。 In the next year, he was employed with the Puskas Brothers in Budapest as a draughtsman at the Telegraph office.He later worked as supervisor for the constraction of the Telephone exchange.There he met Antal Szigety, amechanic who at the Telephone exchange, Tesla improved the telephone amplifier. しかし、過労がたたって神経過敏になり、幻聴が聴こえます。でも、公園の散策を日課にしてから健康になり、突然、「二相交流による回転磁界の原理」を発見します。Due to work exhaustion of the beginning of 1882, he fell ill which left his hearing over-sensive.After his health recovered, on one occasion while walking in the park with Antal Szigety and reciting Goethe's Faust, the idea of a rotating magnetic field suddenly occurred to him.Drawing diagrams in the sand using a stick made him completely understand the functioning of the electric motor powered by alternating current.After no more two months, he developed all types of motors and modifications of polyphase current system. パリのエジソンの会社に入社し、交流電流の電力事業の立ち上げを図ります。In April 1882, Tivadar Puska employed Tesla together with his friend Antal Szigety in Paris at the Compagnie Continentale Edison de Paris, where he worked on problem-solving in Edison power plants.He was sent to Strasbourg where he managed to build the first induction motor driven by alternating current. Charles batchelor, the director of the plant and Edison's long-life friend, encouraged Tesla to travel to the USA and wrote him an excellent letter of recommendation.
