Iga Ueno city is hometown of ninja!
Iga Ueno Jo is old Japanese castle.
It was built by Sadatsugu Tsutsui in 1585.
Since 1608, this castle belonged to Takatora Todo.
Takatora Todo was the lord of samurai in Iga and Ise.
He was a master of consutructing the castle.
The current castle tower has been revived by Katsu Kawasaki in 1935.
The autograph of ceiling is magnificent!
Taikan Yokoyama, Soho Tokutomi, Fumimaro Konoe...
All are famous at that time in Japan.
The stone wall in this castle is very high.
Takatora Todo made it to win a war.
