花見友紀の「鉄道のある日常」

渋谷の東急百貨店東横店で行われた「東横線開業80周年記念鉄道フェスティバル」へ行ってきた。

会場である8階に上がると昔の改札口をデザインしたイメージした入口。そこを入ると東急東横線と東急電鉄の歴史展示パネル、昔の東横線の電車や駅舎などの写真が出迎えてくれた。そこを抜けて右へ行くとこれまた昔懐かしい緑色の東急電車、初代5000系「青ガエル」のHOゲージ模型が。この東急百貨店東横店の前にカットモデルも展示されているが、実際に走っていた時の姿を再現した模型は、僕の記憶の中では初めて見た。さらに隣には2004（平成16）年まであった反町駅～桜木町駅間の高架線をイメージしたNゲージと懐かしいプレートの数々。電車に取り付けられたサボや駅名票、大東急時代の1942（昭和17）年の路線図などに見とれてしまう。展示資料当時の勢力範囲は現在の東急電鉄をはじめ、小田原急行鉄道（現在の小田急電鉄）・京浜急行電鉄・帝都電鉄（現在の京王井の頭線）に及び、その後神中鉄道（現在の相模鉄道）と京王電気軌道（現在の京王電鉄）を合併もしくは傘下に収めた時が路線規模最大となった。









僕は子供の頃に東京から横浜の医者に通っていた。その時、行きは渋谷から、帰りは桜木町から東横線を使っていた。帰りに桜木町から買った切符は290円の半分を切り上げて150円。東急には300円で行ける区間もあるため渋谷で自動改札に切符を入れると出てくる。これは渋谷駅が東横線と田園都市線で改札口が別々になっていて、東横線の改札を抜けてから30分以内なら同じ切符で田園都市線に乗り継げるという仕組みになっているからだ。この切符を今でも記念にとってある。



その隣にはフルハイビジョンの東横線運転シミュレータがあった。運転台は8000系の廃品もしくはマルチトレインコントローラーが用意されていた。整理券をもらわないと運転できなかったが、僕はY500系・5050系の登場、横浜・反町の地下化・元住吉の高架化以外はプレイステーション2用ゲーム「Train Simulator+電車でGO! 東京急行編」とさほど変わりないと思い、今回は運転しなかった。



その向かいには地方や海外に移った東急電車の写真とNゲージが展示されていた。上の写真の電車を紹介すると、手前から伊豆急行8000系（元8000系）、上田電鉄1000系（元1000系）、静岡鉄道1000系（元東急電車ではなく東急電車7200系を基に造られた車両）、弘南鉄道7100系（7000系中間車からの改造車）、北陸鉄道7200系（同）、その奥が松本電鉄5000系（元5000系）、北陸鉄道7000系（元7000系）、福島交通7000系（7000系中間車からの改造車）である。







さらに奥へ行くと「東急沿線の風景」をテーマにしたNゲージジオラマと古い行先表示機、踏切や信号機が展示され、行先表示機・踏切の警報機・信号機は手元のスイッチで操作可能だった。行先表示機を操作してみると「桜木町」「二子玉川園」「快速中央林間」といったもう見られない行先が見られた。ジオラマの方は、現在の渋谷駅や自由が丘～田園調布の風景が再現されていた。僕が来た時は、なぜか営団3000系電車が走っていた。



そのステージ側の向かいに世田谷線が再現されたジオラマもあった。玉電時代の三軒茶屋や瀬田界隈、そして現在の三軒茶屋電停、下高井戸電停や若林踏切が再現されていた。車両も現役の300系電車と玉電時代のデハ80形電車の2車が走っていた。やはり玉電の生き残りと言える世田谷線の車両は路面を走らせる演出がそれらしさを出しているように見える。







いよいよメインステージに来た。今日ここでは東急クイズ大会、東急グループでもある伊豆急行の観光PRイベント、渋谷（東横線）・横浜両駅の駅長さんのイベント、東横線80周年絵画コンテスト表彰式、そしてSUPER BELL"Zと向谷実さんのスペシャルミニライブが開かれた。ミニライブの前、表彰式にも向谷さんが登場し、その後なんと向谷さんが僕の至近距離にまでやってきた。僕は向谷さんに声をかけたら返事してくれた。鉄道ファン憧れの向谷さんと話ができた感動の瞬間だった。15:00からのミニライブでは、SUPER BELL"Zの野月さんと土屋さん、そして向谷さんの3人がコラボレーションアルバム「東横特急」の楽曲を演奏してくれた。


I went seeing "Toyoko Line 80th anniversary Train Festival" at Tokyu Department Store in Shibuya.

This event was held on the 8th floor, and the entrance looked like an old station gate. There are some panels to introduce the history of Tokyu & Toyoko Line along the floor from the gate. The photographs of old Tokyu train and stations were shown. Going through the floor, the model train of the first 5000 Series, diorama imagining old section from Tanmachi Station to Sakuragicho Station, closed in 2004, and some classical plates were displayed. One of them was the map in 1942, commonly called the "Dai-Tokyu" period. The area of Dai-Tokyu was present Tokyu, Keikyu, Odakyu, and Keio Inokashira Line at that time. a couple of years later, Keio Line and Sotetsu were incorporated.

When I was little, especially I went to see an eye doctor in Yokohama, I travelled with Toyoko Line from Shibuya to Yokohama, but when I went back, I did from Sakuragicho Station. The children's fare between Sakuragicho Station and Shibuya Station cost \150, but when travelling from Sakuragicho Station, the ticket returned to me at the gate of Shibuya Station because Tokyu has \300 area. If the children would have transferred to Den-en-toshi Line, they could do with the same ticket in 30 minutes after went out the gate of Toyoko Line. I still have this ticket as one of my memory.

In the neighbor room, it had some Train Simulators. We couldn't play this without numbered card, but I have Train Simulator Tokyu version., I can play this game at home, so I didn't get the card this time.

In front of the simulators, the photographs and models of old Tokyu trains transferred local railways or exported to overseas. The trains in upper photograph are Izukyu 8000 Series (8000 Series), Ueda Electric Railway 1000 Series (1000 Series), Shizuoka Railway 1000 Series (not a old Tokyu train, based on Tokyu carriage), Konan Railway 7100 Series (converted from 7000 Series), Hokuriku Railway 7200 Series (remodeled by 7000 Series), Matsumoto Electric Railway 5000 Series (first 5000 Series), Hokuriku Railway 7000 Series (7000 Series), Fukushima Kotsu 7000 Series (converted from 7000 Series).

The neighbor room of the simulator and transferred trains had the model of Toyoko Line, present Shibuya Station, between Juyugaoka and Den-en-chofu, and more. But TRTA (present Tokyo Metro) 3000 Series, the old train on Hibiya Line, ran on it. And around that, destination display had used still 2003 and model of railway crossing and traffic light are displayed. I controlled the destination display, it had some displays we can't see now, like "Sakuragicho", "Futako-tamagawaen", "Rapid for Chuo-rinkan".

In front of the model, the other one of Setagaya Line was also displayed. It had the scene of Sangen-jaya and Seta in late Tamaden era, and present Shimo-takaido Stop and Kannana Avenue crossing near Wakabayashi Depot. The present train and the old train ran on it.

The last attraction was the stage events, for instance, Tokyu Quiz, promotion of Izu Kyuko Line, station masters' talk show, commendation ceremony of painting contest, mini-concert of SUPER BELL"Z and Minoru Mukaiya. Mukaiya also appeared on the commendation ceremony and he came in front of me after this. I could talk to him. On the concert from 3:00 PM, they played pieces of music in the new album, "Toyoko Limited Express".
