What? Why is it "41" on a stamp?
Yesterday, I wrote about "Star Wars" stamps that will be releasing on 5/25/07.
Today, I looked them closely, there was a number "41".
Why is it 41? It's not 39?
I wondered about it.
But soon I noticed that postal rates will change on 5/14/07.
I really mad about this, because they always don't post it on the top page of their site.
I don't think that people will be confusing if they post it on the top page before effective date.
But it was good thing to know before our guide books called "Guide book for Living America" will release on July this year.
We are now proofreading for new edition of the book for Japanese People who are living this area.

普通の手紙を出す時は

◆国内郵便の場合
　１オンスまでは41セント、それ以上は１オンスごとに19セントの追加
　２オンスの場合は、41＋19＝60セントですから、
　２オンス以上の場合は、従来のrate（39＋24＝63セント）よりは安くなりますね。
　まぁ、でも、１オンスまでの郵送物が多いですからやっぱり、
　郵便料金アップ！という感覚ですね。

◆日本への郵便
　１オンスまで　90セント（10セントのアップ）
