I took a 15-hour summer course on “Teaching Junior English” last week. Two professors gave the lectures in English. There were only four participants, a college lecturer, an adult graduate student, a new junior high school teacher, who had a 20-year career in the travel industry, and I. As the atmosphere was informal, I was willing to try to express my opinions. The lectures were really interesting. What was more, discussing various topics from diverse points of view was exciting. In addition, one of the professors gave each of us some tips about each one’s speaking. Here is his advice for me: first, breathe in deeply, then start; don’t make any pauses to the end of sentences. I promised I would try to do so all the time. Today, I finished one of my assignments, but I have two more! Anyway, I’m really glad that I had such an excellent opportunity. お気に入りの記事を「いいね!」で応援しよう
