I am the boundless ocean.                                                              
This way and that,  
The wind, blowing where it will,  
Drives the ship of the world. 
But I am not shaken.

私は果てしない海、
世界という船にあちらこちらから風が吹きつける。
だが、私は揺るがない。

I am the unbounded deep                                                                  
In whom the waves of all the worlds  
Naturally rise and fall. 
But I do not rise or fall. 

私は計り知れない深淵、
その中で世界という波が現れては消える。
だが、私は現れも消え去りもしない。

I am the infinite deep                                                       
In whom all the worlds  
Appear to rise. 
Beyond all form,  
Forever still. 
Even so am I. 

私は無限の深み。
その中にあらゆる世界が生まれでる。
全てを越え、
永遠に静かだ。
それでも私は在る。

I am not in the world.                                                                        
The world is not in me. 
I am pure.  
I am unbounded. 
Free from attachment,  
Free from desire,  
Still. 
Even so am I. 

私はこの世界の中にはいない、
世界は私の中にはない。
私は純粋、
私は無限。
執着から解き放たれ、
欲望から自由な静寂。
それでも私は在る。

O how wonderful!                                                                    
I am awareness itself,  
No less. 
The world is a magic show! 
But in me  
There is nothing to embrace,  
And nothing to turn away.

何と素晴らしい！
私は気づきそのもの、それ以外の何者でもない。
世界はマジックショー！
だが、私には、
何一つ受け入れるものはなく、
なにひとつ手放すものもない。
