It has passed 4 weeks after I got my leg broken.

Though I was hospitalized just after the accident happened, I had to wait for a surgery date for one week, because the schedule of operations was really tight.

During that 7 days, I had spent myself lying on the bed, having traction to pull my broken leg bone straight.

And after I got the operation, I had had a really bad headache for 5 days due to the side effect of local anesthesia. So during those days, I hadn't been able to work on rehabilitation.

This meant that I hadn't got my broken right leg to move for almost 2 weeks.
As a result, my right quadriceps muscle (the muscle around the thigh) has become stiff and I couldn't bend my knee at all!!

When I tried to bend it just a little, I hurt my thigh so hard that I couldn't help shouting!

So my rehabilitation started with bending my knee.
