I investigated the root cause of the frequent problem today. As result of my all of examinations, one crystal always the same problem. First of all, I doubted that the cause could be the defect of the crystal and quality of lot. But looking at the datasheet carefully, one feature was different than we expected. If our company purchases this crystal, we alawys get proper ones. Because our company specifies the feature in the purchase specification. This time, the assembly vendor which collected the materials ordered the crystal without specified feature. That's why this problem happened.

Next lot, I have to specify the feature when the vendor orders the crystal.
