I sometimes get some e-mails which asking about " Do you teach Pilates classes in English ? "

Yes I do. 

I am so regret that I still not be able to offer English version of the web site. 
Now it is the time of new work and new school year start.

Last night, I talk with an Canadian woman who came here three weeks ago.
She just start to work in Japan for a year. 

We met in a subway, she offered me her seat and we enjoyed short conversation and our company.

This castle in Toronto , Canada.   I visit there when I live in US. 

When I was in US, people may talk with strangers.
People sometimes just want to share their time or want to express to other people. 

I felt fresh feeling  from it because people bring something different for me.

Anyway I miss the experience.
I told her how I miss it.  She smiled.  I think she likes that.

In the conversation she told me that her friend looking for a fitness person who teach in English.
I am happy to support new comers and hope people have good fitness lifes in this country as well as in their countries.

Universal Fitness & Pilates in NAGOYA

昨日の夜地下鉄で英語で席を譲ってくれた人と会話をしました。
最初は彼女からのアプローチだったし「どこからみえたの？」くらい聞いてもいいかな？
と思ったので。

カナダから来た彼女とはその後楽しい会話となり
彼女の友人が英語でフィットネスの指導をしてくれる人を探しているとのことで
名刺を渡す機会にも恵まれました。

もしそれがなくても、1日の終わりに知らない人と楽しい会話ができるなんて
とても幸せな経験です。

そしてカナダ、トロントなどそんな地名を聞いているだけでも旅行をしているような
フレシュな風が気持ちの中に吹いてきました。

日本語以外で話せるのは英語だけですが、フィットネスやピラティスで
自分の国にいた時に近く体をうごかせることに役にたてればうれしいです。
