Asian Ginger Mahi MahiIngredients2 full Mahi mahi Fillets3 Tbls soy sauce1 clove garlic, crushed3 Tabls balsamic vinegar3 tsp olive oil3 Tbls honey1 tsp grated ginger rootSalt and Pepper to tasteDirections1) In a shallow glass dish, stir together the honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and 2 tsp olive oil.2) Season mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper,and place them into the dish.3) Cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to marinate,4) Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.5) Remove fish from the dish, and reserve marinade.6) Saute fish for 4-6 minutes on each side, turning only once, until fish flakes easily with a fork.7) Remove fillets to a serving platter and keep warm.8) Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a boil to thicken to a glazed consistency.9) Spoon glaze over fish, and serve immediately. この分量でソースを作るとけっこう余るので、そのソースは シリンプ、ポークの薄切りなどのソテーに使うと無駄になりません。 それか、翌日に使う予定がない場合はソースの材料の分量を少し減らしても....
