4. In our language, words which means "school rules" and "restriction" are pronounced alike.
During school days, many of us must have held questions and dissatisfactions against unreasonable school rules, at least my generation.
　Now, people around my generation have a stake in making society work.
　　A few of my ex-classmates have become teachers.
　　　However, unreasonable meaningless school rules still remain rife,
　　　　In addition, gobbledygook school rules keep on gathering criticism, such as designating the color of underwear.
At the same time, when I was a student, I had no idea how school rules not only hedge students in but also impoverish teachers as well.
A plain example: During Pandemic, a school set a rule that students' mask must be white only.
If there is a student wearing pale gray or beige mask, teachers convene conference, arguing endlessly whether they can admit their mask is white.
Then why such meaningless school rules still remain persistently?
After all, local communities and older-generation people don't trust children.
They believe that children take to misconduct unless adults control them with strict rules.
Also, I've read that school is supposed to be prep course before going out into society, and our state is oppressive, so they intend to rule children with oppressive education system to develop submissive human materials.
To sum it up, schools in our state churns out convenient human materials who blindly obey panjandrums and bosses at work without thinking with their own heads.
-At the same time, as for school uniforms, I'm rather being a supporter for those four reasons:
・We have no trouble what to wear on formal occasions, especially funerals.
・By wearing school uniform at school, we can put ourselves into a mode that school is a place to study.
・When we come to work in society, there can be clothing regulations, so we need to get used to it.
・Reportedly, at the training school to become a troupe member of Takarazuka Revue Company, its uniform is intended to make the students draw out their own beauty, and I've read an opinion based on this story that school uniform can be a means for self-improvement.
On two conditions, that is:
・School uniform has to be bottom-line oriented in price and maintenance.
・School uniform must not be used as repressive force on students.

Partly because employers' side have required -or forced employees such way of life.
As a result, those company soldiers are isolated at home and local community after mandatory retirement, unable to find places to belong.
No need to wait so long; as is shown by various kinds of company scandals, those corporate warriors are ridden with unwritten insider rules and census, and as a result, they end up in committing illegal and criminal acts.
A hackneyed saying: companies belong to society, so they must manage business, respecting social rules.
