With longer recruiting period, Education authorities would be able to attract some who want to set their course and finish job hunting early or who think of teaching job as insurance.
Even if those students pass teacher recruitment exam, they will decline teaching staff position if they find better job.
Besides, current education system discards even teachers in vision and sometimes drives them to death.

Distrust against education and school can give general public a good excuse not to have children -or more like; stop feeling guilty about being unable to have children due to various reasons, especially health reason.
