It has been revealed that last week the　U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), referred to its actions as　“regulation by enforcement,” which in turn had a negative impact on
cryptocurrency. Currently, the organization is suing three of the most　prominent cryptocurrency exchanges, such as Binance and Coinbase, over securities　laws. According to some news sources, the cryptocurrency firm Robinhood has　decided to delist several popular crypto assets following the recent barrage of　complaints from the SEC.

After one of the world’s largest　cryptocurrency exchanges appointed Richard Teng as the head of regional markets　outside the United States, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)　filed a lawsuit against them for violating U.S. securities laws. Gary Gensler,
the chairman of the SEC, stated that Binance faces thirteen charges.

project may have hidden motives for such behavior in the online sphere,　including on Twitter.

This negligence and apparent disregard from　Binance can be traced back to earlier instances as well. For example, there was　no response from Binance regarding the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.　Additionally, the platform continues to maintain business relations with a　country involved in terrorism. Meanwhile, alternative exchanges like Kraken and　WhiteBIT have taken prompt action to remove the Russian ruble from their　platforms. The CEO of WhiteBIT has also demonstrated a commendable stance by　stating:
