First of all-
Sorry for poor picture and the delay of the article. Actually I missed first 10 minutes of this program and no time to watch the video until Mar. 21, National holiday. The casts: (from left to right) Mika Nakashima, Chikuzen Satou, Tomiko Ban 1 Yuki no hana (snow-bloom) (all casts) Originally this is a song of Nakashima. However, since Chikuzen's high falsetto voice is fabulous, there would be no feeling of wrongness with his part. Talk section- "Which do you like better, summer or winter?" the host asked, and all three of them answered "winter". 2 Amazing Grace (Chikuzen) The song used for a jingle of whisky. (See Jan. 18 and 22) It was my first time to listen to this on TV. Chikuzen's songs have enormous power. But now I don't feel "overpowered" like before- instead I feel being folded with his songs. 3 Yoruni kizutsuite (heartache at night) (Ban) A song from her latest cover album. 4 Sunaonamama (innocent, as we are) (Nakashima) It's used for a jingle, she said. 5 Hajimariwa itsumo ame (love always grows in the rain) (all casts) The original is ASKA. Chikuzen and Ban covered this song in their albums, and Nakashima likes this song, too. -What are the best English names for the songs with Japanese titles? (Translation: Unable-to-think-up-HN) Chikuzen's new single "Four Worlds" including 'Amazing Grace' is coming on Mar. 28. One of the songs 'Kao agete (head up high)' is by PLUS ONE, a duo of Chikuzen and Kazumasa Oda. A new song of PLUS ONE is coming for the first time after ten years absence. お気に入りの記事を「いいね!」で応援しよう
