This legal change can bring a serious problem.
Construction for upcoming Exposition has already delayed from schedule, and there is a risk that they cannot meet the starting day.
Thus, Exposition committee requested not to regulate labor times at construction sites for upcoming Exposition, demanding to treat upcoming Exposition construction as disaster response.
We can say that the upcoming Exposition itself is already a disaster, for not only local residence but also whole nation.

6. A famous entrepreneur and author who is known with humorous and optimistic point of view says that the right way is to earn much and pay much tax.
　But the completely opposite thing is going on among the whole nation

Panjandrums' economic policy has made companies oppress labor cost, making laborers unable to earn.
