今が生死

最近頚椎症で左肩、左腕が痛くて仕事していても辛い。一番辛いのは痛みで夜寝れな
いことである。仕事柄私は多くの患者さんの痛みに遭遇してきたが、自分が痛い目に
会って患者さんの痛みをより理解できたように思う。

痛みにはがんによる痛み、腰や背骨など骨や神経から来る痛み、こむら返りのような
筋肉痛、尿管結石や胆石の痛み、虫歯の痛みなど様々である。痛みを止めるには原因
を取り除くのが第一だがそれができない時は痛み止めを使う。それがよく効いてくれ
るといいが効かないことも多い。私ももらった痛み止めが殆ど効いていないので今夜
は2錠飲むところを3錠飲んでみたら少し効いているようだ。夜眠れるかもしれない。

だれでもその人生で一度や二度は痛い思いを経験していると思う。できるだけその痛
みの期間が短くあって欲しいと願っている。


I am suffered by the pain of left shoulder and arm coming from cervical
disorder recently. Though it is heavy when I am working, but the most bitter
thing is sleepless at night by the sever pain.
I have come across many patients ' pain in my daily works , but I hadn’t
understood the genuine pains of patient's until I have experienced the green
pains.
There are many sort of pains as the pain due to cancer, hip and spine bone
and nerve pain, ureteral stones and gallstones, such as muscle cramps, and
pain in tooth decay etc.
When you want to stop the pain ,you must get rid of the cause, but if you
don't find out the true cause, you use the pain relievers.

It often does not work well while we are hoping it must be effective. I
took 3 tablets instead of regular doze of 2 tablets tonight, because no
effect until now. It looks like working a bit. I hope I can sleep tonight.
