The big contradiction about the cause of the dental cavity.
I think that the dentists in the world can dissolve the tooth (even as for the dentin) in less than pH 5.5. It is because the textbook says so it. In addition, the dentist know that the cavity bacteria resist acid so as to be called a lactic acid bacterium but the bacterium cannot live in the acid less than pH 4. However, the tooth does not melt even if I soak a tooth in acid of pH 4. Probably many dentists have not carried out this experiment by oneself. That do not do it in the school of dentistry either. The dentist 100 years ago still did a certain reasoning there where the tooth (dentin) melted and became the cavity. The tooth melts in the acid of more than pH 4 caused by bacterial mysterious power! It was "the certain catabolic enzyme" that the bacteria gave this bacterial mysterious power. This is called "the chemical germ theory of the cavity". However, this enzyme has not been discovered yet. Nobody notices this contradiction. Then what is the true cause that the tooth is dissolved in the acid of more than pH4? To be continued
