99の良さと言うか堅牢性を強く感じます。

02より若々しい・・・そして不思議な魅力を持っています。

個人的には今日飲んだ白ワインで最も感動しました。

先ず、デジレですが、何処にあるの？と言う質問をラフォンマニアからよく質問されます。

デジレはヴォルネイ寄りの赤ワインなら一級になるレ・プリュールと言う畑にあります。

通常はヴォルネイ・サントノで売られているのでしょうか・・・

そのレ・プリュールの中にデジレと言うモノポールの畑をラフォンが持っているのです。

白ワインの一級のシャルムと比べると粘土土壌の特徴が良く出ていると思います。

切れの良い酸は健在ですが、粘り強いミネラルが特徴だと思います。

通向きのワインですが、この９９凄い瓶でした。また数年後に飲みたい！！

The 1999 Meursault Desiree exhibits flowers, apples, anise, and spices in its aromatic profile. Light to medium-bodied and satin-textured, this is a sexy, feminine, white fruit-flavored offering. Its soft and smooth personality leads to a lush finish. Anticipated maturity: now-2007.

ムルソーの、いやブルゴーニュの白ワイン生産者で間違いなくトップの一人に選ばれるのが"コント・ラフォン"です。 世界のシャルドネ生産者の指標とされ、世界中のワインラヴァーの誰もが憧れるワインを造っています。

村名クラスながらクロ・ド・ラ・バールと共に蔵元のフラッグシップとも言うべきデジレ。僅か0.43haの小さな区画からのため、クロ・ド・ラ・バールより入手困難なアイテムです。

Meursault, DESIRÉE (Monopole)

Meursault, Désirée  is a village-level .45-hectare monopole  of the Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault. Desirée is actually situated in Les Plures, a Premier Cru climat situated at the northern part of Meursault, and could, accordingly, be bottled as  Meursault, Les Plures, Premier Cru. Nevertheless, Dominique Lafon has chosen to label the wine simply as "Desirée" (an old cadastral name) both out of a sense of tradition and because he does not think that the wines warrant Premier Cru designation. East facing, Les Plures is rich in red clay, not very deep, and well-suited to the Pinot Noir which produces the Volnay Santenots which predominates in the vineyard. Lafon plants Desirée entirely with Chardonnay, however, and crafts an atypical Meursault that is seductive, slightly spicy, and rather exotic.
